The particle brakes have a linear torque to voltage ratio, yet the magnetic particle brakes, the torque possess accurate control. Because of this ability, they can find a use in a tension-control task. Additionally, they are highly responsive, hence making it efficient in high cycled tasks.

Hysteresis Power Brakes

This type of EM brakes has a wide spectre of range and specific torque repeatability. This means the brakes can be auto-controlled, which makes the perfect for testing ranges and application where a torque that has various numbers is needed. When you compare to the other brakes, the drag torque has lower numbers, the hysteresis power offers a wide torque range so it can test applications and other tasks.

Multiple Disc Brakes

Lastly, but not least is the Multiple disc brakes. When there is a need of torque in a tight space, this multi-disk brake is a perfect choice. These brakes are used whether they are dry or wet and are the perfect choice when running a multi-speed gear box tasks, and task that has heavy machines or off-road gear.
When extremely high torque within a small space is needed, the multiple disc brakes are an obvious choice. The multiple disc brakes can be used either dry or wet, so they are suitable for running in multi-speed gearbox applications, applications that involve machine tools and in off-road equipment.
